1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, deploying a FormFork endpoint, installing the FormFork Connect WordPress plugin, or using the FormFork Android mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Description of Service

FormFork provides cloud-hosted form backend endpoints, visual form creation tools, spam filtering, webhook dispatch, email notifications, a WordPress integration plugin, and a companion Android application for viewing and managing submissions.

3. Acceptable Use & Prohibited Content

You agree not to use FormFork endpoints or hosted forms to collect or transmit:

• Phishing forms, credential harvesting, or deceptive impersonation interfaces.
• Unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent material, or unsolicited bulk spam messages.
• Malware, executable exploits, or automated denial-of-service traffic targeting FormFork APIs.

FormFork reserves the right to suspend or terminate endpoints involved in phishing or abuse immediately to protect platform integrity.

4. Data Ownership & Submissions

You retain full ownership of all form configurations and submission data collected through your FormFork endpoints. You are responsible for ensuring that your collection and processing of end-user submission data complies with applicable data protection laws in your jurisdiction.

5. Service Plans, Quotas & Billing

FormFork offers Free, Personal, Business, and Partner subscription tiers. Each tier defines monthly submission allowances, file upload storage limits, and connected domain caps as detailed on our Pricing page. Paid subscriptions renew automatically according to the selected billing cycle unless canceled prior to renewal.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FormFork and SkyStreams Tech provide the service on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
